2016 Rate List
Our rates are based on two adults, (two accompanying children under 18 are free)
The campground is open Memorial Day weekend until Columbus Day.

Off Season Rates:
Until June 24th and after Labor Day

Waterfront/View Sites $45.00
High Season Rates:
June 25th through Labor Day
Off Water Ground Sites $39.00

* You must call us if your plans change and you intend to bring more people than you originally reserved for. We have strict site occupancy limitations and we may or may not be able to accommodate your request. 		On any given year, we do not allow dogs starting the Saturday on or before July 4 until Friday morning of Labor Day weekend. We certainly do allow dogs when the season is quieter during the months of May, June, September and October.

Policies

Reservation Policy:


Campsites may be reserved mid-June until Labor Day. During July and August waterfront/water view sites require a ONE WEEK commitment (Saturday to Saturday).

Cancellation Policy:


If you CANCEL 14 days or more before your confirmed arrival date you will be refunded HALF of your deposit

If you CANCEL 13 days or less before your confirmed arrival date, you will forfeit the full deposit

Deposit Requirements:


$70.00 for each reservation for less than a week.
$150.00 for each full week reserved.
  • The balance of your camping fee is payable upon your arrival.
  • Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not register for the number of days that you requested and for which we confirmed.
  • Transferring your campsite to another party is prohibited.

Rules:


  • Quiet Hours are strictly enforced 10:00pm until 7:00am
  • NO DOGS allowed during certain months. Please see above or our FAQ page for specifics.
  • No RVs/Trailers longer than 20 feet
  • No doubling up. Two couples or two families require two sites
  • Only one vehicle per site
  • A family tent plus one small tent for children and/or a screen house is permitted
