Maine got into John's blood after endless summers on Moosehead Lake. Midcoast Maine is now called home after years with Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Active in all things local... former owner/operator of the Lodge at Camden Hills; past president of both Camden & Belfast area Chambers; former selectman; planning board member and active on the board at United Midcoast Charities, Burgess is involved in a wide range of associations in full support of a successful real estate practice. While hobbies are few, Burgess is a registered Maine Guide, added Mt. Katahdin to his list of accomplishments and lives a vacation life year round. Starting with hobbies, Linda is an outstanding Needle-Pointer"... a "stitcher" with an excellent eye for detail. We bring Linda's hobby up first because it carries over into her work. No detail is missing in the delivery of services directed at the quality of your vacation experience. Linda is that good! Her whole endeavor is directed at Simple Perfection. On the real estate side of the equation, Linda is happily behind the scenes keeping the back office running and running right. Again, the focus is on the detail. The focus of Linda's career was in banking administration while John's was in the hospitality industry with Marriott. They settled in Maine almost 30 years ago and once there they cobbled together a successful "ma & pa" operation tied to real estate and vacation rentals.

Together they have lived & worked from New York to San Francisco with stops in Washington, Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis and Boston with a final stop in Bermuda before heading to Maine which was always their goal.
